Mecaware grants the user of the Site a private, non-collective and non-exclusive right of use
on its content.

What is the purpose of the cookies issued on our site?

The cookies we use enable us to:

statistics on visitor numbers and the use of the various sections in order to optimize the ergonomics and
relevance of our content.

Mecaware is committed to respecting the confidentiality and security of the personal data
of users of the Site.

The person responsible for processing personal data is: Mecaware, VENISSIEUX
(69200) 41 Boulevard Marcel Sembat, represented by Mr Arnaud VILLERS d'ARBOUET.

Personal data is collected on the following legal grounds:
- user consent: data is collected when the user fills in
the Site's contact form;
- performance of a contract: if services or information are requested by
the user, the data may be collected in order to perform the contract;
- compliance with a legal obligation: certain data may be collected in order to
comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Personal data collected on the Site is used for the following purposes:
- to manage contact requests via the contact form;
- to answer questions asked by users;
- to ensure site security and prevent fraud.

The collection of certain data is mandatory in order to process the user's request to
(e.g.: name, email in the contact form). If this data is not
provided, Mecaware will not be able to respond correctly to the request. Other
data may be optional and are only collected if the user chooses to
provide them.

Personal data collected is intended exclusively for Mecaware. They
will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent, unless
necessary to meet a legal or regulatory obligation. In addition, the personal
data collected is not transferred to any country outside the European Union
.

Personal data is kept for a maximum of 1 year, from
the date of collection or last contact with the user, unless a longer
retention period is required by law.

In accordance with the RGPD, the user has the following rights to his or her personal data
:

- right of access: right to request access to his or her personal data;
- right of rectification: right to request the correction of his or her personal data
incorrect or incomplete;
- right to erasure: right to request the deletion of personal data,
subject to legal obligations;
- right to object: right to object to the processing of personal data for legitimate reasons
;
- right to portability: right to request to receive his/her personal data in a
structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, insofar as this
is applicable;
- right to withdraw consent: where data processing is based on
consent, the user has the option of withdrawing it at any time;
- right to lodge a complaint: if the user's rights are not respected, he or she has the
right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et
des Libertés (CNIL) or another competent supervisory authority.

The user may exercise his rights by sending a written request to Mecaware, at
the address of its registered office or at the email address rgdp@mecaware.com, specifying in
the request his contact details, the right exercised and any relevant information to identify
the personal data concerned.

Mecaware will respond to this request within a maximum of 1 month from
receipt of the request. If the request is complex or if Mecaware receives a large
number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months, with the user
being informed as soon as possible.

Links to other sites

The Site may contain hypertext links to other Internet sites. Mecaware informs
users of the Site that these sites are not under its control. Consequently, Mecaware
is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, practices or
availability of these external sites.

The inclusion of these links does not mean that Mecaware approves or validates the content of these
sites.

Mecaware encourages users to carefully read the legal notices and
privacy policies of third-party sites they visit.
In no event will Mecaware be liable for any direct or
indirect damages resulting from the use of information contained on these external sites.

Mecaware undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure
accessibility of the Site. However, Mecaware cannot guarantee continuous and
uninterrupted availability.

Access to the Site may be suspended or interrupted for technical reasons, for
maintenance, or due to circumstances beyond Mecaware's control
(such as network failures, server problems, or cases of force majeure).
In such situations, Mecaware will make every effort to restore access to the Site as soon as possible
, but cannot be held responsible for any consequences linked to these
interruptions.

The user acknowledges that Mecaware cannot be held responsible for any
direct or indirect damage resulting from the unavailability, suspension or interruption
of the Site, whatever the cause.
